Perhaps you can tell from the increase in posts or a shift in topic, I left my multifaceted Zingerman's Cornman Farms job back in December in order to pursue my lifelong dream to attend culinary school. This spring I successfully completed the required prerequisites so that I can start the program in the fall! After some exposure to the Schoolcraft College staff, I'm really excited to learn from these seasoned chefs. More updates to come.
